Agnew Hopkins is a farmer, chef, and former professor at Johnson & Wales culinary school. He's also been involved with Greenville's farm-to-table movement since the beginning. In addition to farming, Agnew has combined his experience as a chef (Magnolia's in Charleston) and professor of Hospitality Management to offer optional catering services for your event.
Historic Hopkins Farm Poultry provides meats and eggs to local restaurants and farmer's markets that are free-range, all-natural, and non-GMO.

Food Service Options
For your food service options, you are always welcome to bring in your own choice of outside catering.
Our on-site chef is also available to take care of all your food service desires. When Agnew Hopkins is hired, the following services are included with his fee: buffet linens, linen dining table covers and napkins, dinner and dessert plates, flatware, beverage glasses, and serving items.
